No, it's a small group setting program.

Make-up sessions available at an additional cost.

How long is the program?
8 weeks.
Can I just show up to Semi-Private time without RSVP?
RSVP is required through WODHopper, capped at 5 people.
How is this different from Group Training?
Focus on foundational movements, less competitive, simpler exercises.

No. This is a separate program designed to help people build a consistent routine and learn the basics in a small group setting.
