WHAT WE EXPECT

Join us for a 28 Day Nutrition Challenge to get on track before the Holidays begin!

Participants will be required to:

  • Train 3x a week

  • Track their food

  • Check in with their Coach

  • Participate in challenges

  • Participate in Office Hours

We also want you to have fun!

This isn't a crash diet or fad diet challenge! We want to teach you proper habits that will help you conquer the Holidays and stay ready for your next Goal!

DURING ORIENTATION OUR COACHES WILL:

  • Review the 28 Day Challenge Course

  • Take measurements, In-body Scans

  • Address any questions and concerns

  • Help you set goals!
