WHAT WE EXPECT
Join us for a 28 Day Nutrition Challenge to get on track before the Holidays begin!
Participants will be required to:
Train 3x a week
Track their food
Check in with their Coach
Participate in challenges
Participate in Office Hours
We also want you to have fun!
