No, it's a small group setting program.

Yes, with weekly tracking and coach check-ins.

Make-up sessions available at an additional cost.

No, commitment to the full program is required.
How long is the program?
8 weeks.
Can I just show up to Strength Academy time without RSVP?
Yes. As long as you are a current participant.
How is this different from Group Training?
Focus on foundational/power movements, more body building, more personal service and it includes Basic Nutrition.
Does the Strength Academy Include Large Group Classes?
No. This is a separate program designed to help people build a consistent routine and learn the basics in a small group setting.
