  1. Does the Strength Academy Include Large Group Classes?
    No, it's a small group setting program.

  2. Is Nutrition included?
    Yes, with weekly tracking and coach check-ins.

  3. What if I miss a session?
    Make-up sessions available at an additional cost.

  4. Can I join the program for one-off sessions?
    No, commitment to the full program is required.

  5. How long is the program?
    8 weeks.

  6. Can I just show up to Strength Academy time without RSVP?
    Yes. As long as you are a current participant.

  7. How is this different from Group Training?
    Focus on foundational/power movements, more body building, more personal service and it includes Basic Nutrition.

  8. Does the Strength Academy Include Large Group Classes?
    No. This is a separate program designed to help people build a consistent routine and learn the basics in a small group setting.
