4 Week Summer shred

Looking to get in the best shape of your life for summer? Look no further than our 4 week Summer Shred program!


This program is designed specifically for adults who are ready to commit to transforming their bodies and getting the results they've always wanted.

This is in addition to your regular sessions at the gym. Our experienced Coaches will work in a small group to give you a great workout emphasizing on bodybuilding, core and high intensity intervals to burn fat and build the lean muscle you've always wanted!

The Classes are Sundays at 9am and Thursday Evening at 6pm. The sessions begin on Sunday April 30th at 9am!


  • (2) Group Sessions each week for 4 weeks

  • Each class is about 30-40 minutes long

  • Before & After Body Scans on the InBody
